Essa vaga é no modelo **híbrido** na nossa unidade de** São Bernardo do Campo**.

**Sumário**

Essa pessoa fica responsável por construir propostas financeiras e comerciais, concluindo pedidos para fechar negócios.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Promove e vende um portfólio dedicado para oportunidades potenciais;
- Recebe pedidos (função de vendas), realizando ações que vão desde a pré-venda, em cooperação com os KAMs/CDs e equipes de Desenvolvimento de Negócios, até as etapas finais para o fechamento da venda;
- Responsável por resumir e monitorar as previsões de vendas;
- Promove e vende um portfólio dedicado. Gerencia todo o processo de vendas, incluindo solicitações de alteração e parceiros;
- Gerenciamento das equipes de vendas e garantir a interação necessária com os países, em particular por meio de análises de pipeline de oportunidades, reuniões Sitcom e Fóruns de Negócios;
- Apoia a definição da estratégia comercial para um projeto ou, de forma mais ampla, a abordagem de vendas para um cliente específico, trabalhando em conjunto com o KAM ou CD;
- Garante a satisfação do cliente em cooperação com o KAM, por meio de iniciativas adequadas, abordando problemas e reclamações caso a caso;
- Coleta informações quanto a riscos e oportunidades, marketing e vendas para compartilhar na Unidade (incluindo equipes de Bid/projeto), desenvolvendo entendimento do ambiente dos clientes;
- Acompanha todo o processo de Bid, desde a preparação do Gate 1 até a entrega da proposta ao cliente;
- Faz reunião periódica com os times de Bid/projeto/account manager/qualidade para garantir a qualidade e o prazo da proposta (atendimento à expectativa do cliente);
- Capaz de negociar com sucesso os termos de um acordo e fechar vendas de acordo com as expectativas.

**Qualificações**
- Ensino Superior Completo.
- Experiência em relacionamento com o cliente.
- Inglês avançado.
