Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Education Analyst to consolidate LATAM Clinical Education budget and analyze Education matters related to daily activities. You will need to have generalist acumen, including finance and administrative skills to lead the end-to-end process involved in the execution of purchase orders placement, contracts supervision, accruals and reporting with a multi-millionaire regional structure and global vendors. Plus, someone able to create and develop potential relationship with internal and external stakeholders. You will be reporting directly to the LATAM Clinical Contend Production Manager and support all the countries of our region. **In this role, you will** - Analyze and control all the steps of the speaker management agenda, including creation of events, speakers’ invitations, fee governance and incremental actions. - Conciliate and set engagement plans per event - Define methods and harmonize contracts to guarantee formal agreements between speakers and company - Set a consultancy role establishing a Procurement cadence flow to ensure the Clinical Education portfolio updated - Manage speakers’ standards and documents needed per country including payments, PO´S, invoice, etc. - Support the Clinical Contend Production agenda, including the develop of the entry level program or supporting complex education demands backing up the experts of the area. - Consolidate, analyze, and set action plans for the KPI´s of the area. **In this role, you’ll need ** - At least 2 years of experience working in events, speakers, and Education support environment; - Desirable financial knowledge; - Organizational, prioritization and project management skills; - Ability to handle numerous activities and stakeholders; - Able to work independently; - Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail; - Excellent MS Excel and other Microsoft office package skills; - Experience in major ERP software, SAP and Protheus desirable; - Education: Bachelor’s Degree either in Business Administration or Educational production correlated; - Advanced English.
