**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

**SAFe Implementation**: Lead and manage projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. Facilitate SAFe practices and ceremonies, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

**SDLC Oversight**: Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

**Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.

**Resource Management**: Allocate resources effectively, and manage team workloads and capacity. Ensure project teams are adequately staffed and have the necessary tools and support.

**Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.

**Media/Streaming Projects**: Leverage experience in media/streaming or high-volume web projects to manage relevant projects effectively, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
**Qualifications** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment, with a focus on software development projects.

**SAFe Expertise**: Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant).
SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.

**Media/Streaming Experience**: Experience working on media/streaming or high-volume web projects is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**: Familiarity with modern development technologies, tools, and practices. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

**Problem-Solving**: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of media and streaming technologies and protocols.
