We are seeking an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for defining the target audience, product positioning, and differentiators in order to build a strategy that provides a clear connection of the game to the players.

**As a People Manager you will**:

- Set up the concept document for RFP along with the Game Designer
- Arrange the product proposal to be sent to the client.
- Check with the PM if the development cycle is as expected and reflects the priority order in the BID and the actual game design as well.
- Reply to the RFP with information concerning the design development.
- Play, analyze and benchmark the product. (Older versions, market trends, competition)
- Safeguard the game design direction of the game development taking stakeholders and client’s wishes into account versus the actual internal game design.
- Translate changes directed to the game design.
- Map out product monetization plan with game designers and suggest methods of monetization based on market trend analysis.
- Provide business analysis as a service, ideas regarding the game design and suggest the product direction based on market analysis and trends.
- Identify market need and lead/conduct market fit analysis
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Producer in defining project timeline, risks and order of feature development based on product definition, stakeholder wishes and game design.

**We expect you to have**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner in the games industry;
- Experience with working in an agile environment and knowledge of the game development process and industry;
- Fluent communication in English;
- Excellent knowledge of Google/Office Suite and project management software such as Jira;
- Self-manageable, motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude;
- Mature personality, creative, pragmatic and able to manage relationships on a higher level, to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles, ensure project development and handle multicultural work environment;
- Excellent organizational, analytical and Project Management skills.
