We’re looking for a Chief of Staff for our Country Manager and Board of Director. You'll get to work on a wide range of strategic and meaningful projects that have the potential for impact across the entire organization. You’ll gain significant exposure to the senior leaders and their reports.
We will need from you exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization.
Objectives of this Role
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Understand, report and manage organizational and team level KPIs
- Manage the strategic agenda of the leadership team
- Running board team meetings
- Optimize processes by looking for and addressing gaps and inefficiencies
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives. Experience in managing strategic projects (required)
- Previous experience in Marketing or Sales areas (required)
- Language: Fluency in English (required). Desirable Portuguese or Spanish
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
