Senior Content Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and committed person for our senior content analyst position as part of our Exchange Content team. Python knowledge, financial markets knowledge and LSEG product knowledge is a must since you will be encouraged to work with different team members within the company to address multiple content issues and projects.

Our group covers all market data content trading at Stock Exchanges in the LATAM region. We handle all databases connected to both real time and reference products. Our responsibility is to include and maintain the dataset as well as support clients with their queries, sales and account management teams with their retention and sales in the region and work with the Exchanges and development teams to improve data quality and work on technical and content projects.

Role Responsibilities- Implement and support automations using python (or any other supported automation language) to guarantee data accuracy- Participate in requirement discussion both technical and non-technical aspects with relevant parties- Produce minimum level of requirement documents and MoWs- Provide support for Customer Support and Sales and Account Management teams- Support Exchange Content sets on both internal databases and all LSEG products and guarantee data accuracy- Participation on new hire training, creation of documentations and methodology

Required skills and experience- Good knowledge in python programming language- Proficient level in spoken and written English and Spanish due to the customer base this role will support- Positive and open mindset, eager to learn- Proactive and commited- Good interpersonal skills- Good financial markets knowledge
