Key job responsibilities The L3 OOC Program Support Associate supports Amazon's Out of Country programs through data management, process support, and stakeholder coordination. The role focuses on maintaining program efficiency and operational standards. Core Responsibilities: The associate monitors, analyzes, and reports on program metrics and KPIs to track operational performance. Daily tasks include executing operational procedures according to established SOPs, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing program participant queries. The position requires maintaining program documentation, tracking compliance requirements, and supporting quality metrics. Process Management: The role involves creating and maintaining data tracking systems, documenting improvements, and establishing reporting mechanisms. The associate manages program databases using internal Amazon tools while supporting system maintenance and access management. Regular tasks include coordinating meetings, managing files, and maintaining communication logs. Quality and Compliance: Primary functions include monitoring quality standards, supporting audit preparation, and implementing corrective actions. The associate tracks program compliance, maintains documentation accuracy, and ensures adherence to established protocols. Project Support: The position assists with project execution, including timeline management, documentation, and coordination activities. The associate supports onboarding processes and helps develop program materials while tracking project milestones. Required Skills: The role requires attention to detail, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Essential competencies include clear communication, methodical problem-solving, and time management. The ability to maintain accurate records and follow standardized procedures is fundamental.
