Position: IT Manager

Location: Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca and Areal - Rio de Janeiro

Main Activities:
- Data and Technology Strategy

Define and Implement Data and Technology Strategy: Develop a unified data and technology strategy that leverages efficiency and innovation, aligning it with Pierre Fabre Brazil's objectives and headquarters' guidelines.

Establish Data Governance: Create data governance policies and structures that designate data owners, access rules, and compliance guidelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.

Act as Central Point of Contact with Headquarters: Facilitate communication and coordination between the Brazilian subsidiary and headquarters, promoting alignment in data and technology strategies.- Data Security and Project Management

Ensure Implementation and Monitoring of Data Security Policies: Implement and monitor security policies to protect sensitive information, minimizing data exposure risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Lead the Execution of Strategic Technology Projects: Manage and implement critical systems and automation initiatives, promoting process efficiency and modernization. This leadership in strategic projects enables the integration of new technologies with business processes, enhancing productivity.- Data Access and Business Intelligence

Promote Data Access and Quality: Develop and improve processes and systems that facilitate access to high-quality data, promoting visibility and usability for stakeholders. This allows for more accurate analyses and informed decisions.- Technical Support and Strategic Planning

Coordinate Technical Support and Consulting for Key Users: Provide technical support and consulting for optimization and automation, ensuring that areas such as market intelligence, sales, and finance efficiently utilize data tools. This support strengthens user autonomy and efficiency in using data solutions.

Anticipate Tool and Data Needs: Proactively identify and prioritize the data and tool needs of different areas, aligning resources with business objectives. This anticipation allows for quick responses to market changes and greater operational agility.

Propose Technology Investment Plans: Evaluate and propose investments in new technologies and continuous updates, ensuring that tools and systems are up-to-date and meet the company's demands. This strategic technological planning contributes to maintaining long-term competitiveness and efficiency.
