**When you join us, you will**:
Work in collaboration with a small team on a startup pace; things move fast, and implementations are done based on client needs.
Come up with solutions and discuss them, proposing implementation strategies.
Be expected to find your way around solutions.
Experience with Elixir and Phoenix.
Previous experience working with LiveView and Postgres.
Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure (Fly IO, etc).
Knowledge in payment methods, such as Stripe.
English proficiency is required (B2 or more).
Availability to work on-site in Porto Alegre eventually.
**Nice to haves**:
Experience with other areas outside web development, such as IoT.
