Role Summary:
Learning to operate harvesting machines safely, with productivity and planned operational efficiency, within the quality standards indicated by the company, ensuring the condition of the equipment, aiming at learning and practicing the work, following the rules and procedures of the area.

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
1- Participate in training carried out by the company with punctuality, attendance and attention in all modules of the training course for trainee operators.

2 - Learning the commands of the equipment in the simulator, performing the first movements as teaching by the instructor.

3 - Learning to operate a harvest machine, to be defined, carrying out the operating activities of each machine specified by the operating procedures.

4 - Prepare a Check List of the equipment, with visual inspection and testing of the controls at the beginning of each shift, requesting the presence of the mechanic to deal with non-conformities if they are identified.

5 - Inform the immediate manager, the employee who will replace him on the next shift or the mechanic, any type of irregularity that compromises the full operation of the equipment, aiming at perfect harmony between operation and maintenance, preserving the integrity of the machine, safety operational and quality of activities.

6 - Inform the operating conditions of the equipment and any additional information relevant to the next shift operator or write in the on-board notebook if there is no operator on the next shift or direct contact is not possible.

7 - Pay attention to the equipment operating indicators displayed on the monitoring panel (oil level, temperature, fault codes, etc.), as well as equipment calibrations in order to avoid a drop in productivity, quality and safety.

8 - Ensure the organization and internal/external cleaning of the equipment.

9 - Ensure compliance with the quality parameters indicated by the company.

10 - Take notes of shift events in the Daily Work Bulletin (form or electronic), ensuring the reliability of information at the start and during the shift.

11 - When noticing any defect or problem in the equipment, the operator must immediately make contact with the specialized maintenance EPS or maintenance team, being prohibited any type of assistance from the machine operator in the maintenance of the same.

12 -Develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of his immediate superior, provided that he is qualified and are in accordance with his knowledge and experience.

13 - Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A basic school certificate.
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
