UX & Content Creator / Web Specialist

The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly. **Position Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented **Website Specialist/UX & Content Coordinator** to help manage and maintain the design, quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our corporate website. The goal is to define the structure, standards, and user experience in collaboration with the key stakeholders. This role combines a strong understanding of high-quality web layouts and UX best practices with coordination skills to guide the contributing teams toward a consistent and effective web presence. You’ll work closely with content owners, designers, and technical teams to ensure that all updates, content, and design elements follow brand and usability standards. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Own and manage the design of the corporate website to ensure clarity, usability, and a seamless user experience. - Develop and maintain page layout templates and reusable web components aligned with brand and UX standards. - Build and update website pages using the CMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design and content guidelines. - Perform QA testing on new features and content prior to launch. - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to plan and implement site updates and enhancements. Coordinate the execution. - Monitor the site regularly for brand consistency, layout quality, broken links, outdated content, and publishing accuracy. - Track site performance, usability, and user feedback to identify and recommend improvements. - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of the website’s structure, governance policies, workflows, and best practices. **Experience and Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience in web coordination, digital communications, website content management, or UX/UI design. - Strong understanding of what makes a corporate website effective—design consistency, user flow, clarity, and mobile responsiveness. - Sharp eye for design and layout quality, with strong attention to detail. - Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with CMS platforms. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Availability to work in hybrid mode from our office. **Nice to Have** - Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo. - Previous work experience in a B2B or enterprise-level environment. **Education**: - University Degree on related fields ( Web Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Visual Arts, etc) **_All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ “Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"_** **Who is Netcracker Technology?** We are a forward-looking software company, offering mission-critical solutions to service providers around the globe.
