Analysis of records of accounting operations;
- Calculation of the following taxes: PIS, COFINS, INSS Exemption and Presumed Credit;
- Central Bank - (Declaration of Brazilian capital abroad, update of PL, corporate structure and CBE (always check);
- Calculation of annual declaration - DIRF;
- Calculation of monthly statements - DCTF, PERDCOMP;
- Conciliation of accounting accounts and actions to resolve pending issues;
- Execution of consistencies and reconciliations of operations of the integrated modules of the corporate system;
- Check incoming and outgoing invoices, checking whether they were registered correctly in the system;
- Monitor tax legislation, observing deadlines, frameworks, exemptions, benefits and all other relevant procedures;
- Calculate taxes with due calculations, issue DARFs and payment guides (ICMS, IPI, ISS, presumed credit DIFAL EC 87/2015), observing the necessary checks and closing them with accounting;
- Monthly accounting closings;
- Prepare IBGE research;
- Complete the tax information, observing the delivery deadlines to the competent bodies, (GIA, EFD tax, DMSE, REINF, DCTF WEB) and all information relevant to the area in accordance with the legislation;
- Prepare documents for each import process and manual calculation of the respective costs, and accounting entries for the entire import process;
- Carry out accounting entries (commissions, imports, exports, services from abroad, drawback);
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety and organization of the workplace;
- Ensure attention and concern with the risks of accidents at work;
- Carry out other activities as requested and guided by your immediate superior.
