**YOUR **FUTURE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused team member in the role of a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist to strengthen our SAP RISE Cloud Application Services PreSales & solutioning team. The team works directly with our Sales leaders to provide complementary SLA- & outcome based managed cloud services on top of SAP RISE private cloud solutions.

As a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing Customer’s support requirements and designing an appropriate support solution that addresses those requirements. Your tasks include:

- Support Sales force and business development teams in deal qualification, solutioning and closing activities
- To lead service assessment & scoping workshops with our customers, onsite and remote
- Provide deal support for strategic and complex deals
- Align with global & regional stakeholders such as Supplier Management, Sales, Account Teams, Delivery Execution etc.
- Construct a services approach / delivery model & deal-specific pricing based on the customer’s requirements
- Assist in Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM) / binding offers / value propositions
- Assist in and conduct customer presentations
- Align with Delivery units regarding delivery capabilities
- Contract creation, validation & review
- Assist in complex RFP processes and contracting

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English & Portuguese (verbal and written)
- ITIL certification
- PMP or similar is a plus
- Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Previous knowledge on the Managed Services business is a plus.
- Experience in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses
- Skills in one or several SAP products & cloud solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Creative & solution-oriented person that thinks out of the box
- Good Listening skills and attention to details
- A team-player with a collaborative style to work with multiple groups & stakeholders

Preferred skills:

- Communicative & Proactive
- Customer facing role, Customer oriented, understanding of customer requirements

Work Experience:

- minimum 4 years working experience at SAP
- Wide network into other SAP units
- Experiences in SAP Managed Services / Cloud Services
- Experiences in Sales, Presales, Deal Solutioning

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The SAP RISE Cloud Application Services PreSales & solutioning team as a global team is part of SAP´s Customer Success - Cloud RISE organization.

The team´s responsible for analyzing Customers’ business requirements, to advise on particular CAS topics, support our sales teams with CAS pre-sales, pricing, OrderForm preparation, deal closing and sales to delivery handover activities.
