Algumas atividades do dia a dia - Fornecer suporte técnico para clientes NEXTracker em todo o mundo, garantindo a melhor experiência do cliente e fornecendo experiência em produtos e sistemas para maximizar o valor do cliente; - Desenvolver e manter a compreensão técnica dos sistemas de rastreamento solar fotovoltaico e ferramentas associadas; - Ter forte experiência de atendimento ao cliente e ser capaz de comunicar efetivamente as soluções para os clientes; - Responsável por gerenciar grupos de projetos desde PO até Comissionamento; - Supervisionar o fluxo de trabalho diário; - Trabalhar com equipe multifuncional para desenvolver previsões de receita necessárias; - Fornecer suporte de campo ao cliente para instalação e controle de qualidade; - Apoiar a aquisição de produtos NEXTracker, logística e design de sistema; - Estabelecer e medir os principais indicadores de desempenho; - Apresentar os resultados contínuos à gerência e aos clientes; - Desenvolver, implementar e gerenciar o orçamento do projeto e o cronograma de pagamento, garantindo que o projeto esteja dentro do orçamento em cada etapa; - Determinar as necessidades e custos de suporte interno e externo; - Solicitar e administrar códigos de projetos internos para fins financeiros e controle; - Apoiar o desenvolvimento de produtos, vendas e marketing conforme solicitado; Experiência que estamos buscando acrescentar em nosso time - Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou equivalente; - Experiência em compras e logística; - Entendimento em relação a suporte ao cliente e questões de O&M; - Inglês avançado / fluente; - Disponibilidade para viagens. Desejável - Experiência prática com sistemas solares de rastreamento fotovoltaico; - Conhecimento em tecnologia fotovoltaica e suas aplicações. Job Category - Operations
