**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare presentations and pre-sales proposals for prospective Xsolla clients
- Run partner meetings and participate in/ facilitate workshops
- Conduct performance analysis of partner integrations
- Work with feedback from partners and sales team
- Analyze live Web Shops and prepare growth plans based on findings
- Examine game economies to adapt mechanics for the Web Shop channel
- Develop and package successful case studies
- Produce expert materials (articles, guides, talks) in cooperation with business development, marketing and other teams

- Participate in the design and development of new Web Shop features
- Research the Web Shop / gaming e-commerce market and competitors
- Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base for repeatable solutions

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- 3+ years in game development as a Game Designer / Product Owner / Analyst Strong F2P monetization / game economy expertise
- Product analytics: ability to form hypotheses, define metrics, and quantify impact
- Understanding of feature lifecycle and live-ops in games
- Native/ Fluent English (partner calls and materials)
- Knowledge of various marketing approaches and distribution channels to attract and retain users
- Experience of interaction with Business Development specialists
- Knowledge and understanding of the processes of selling digital products and in-game goods
