**Accounting Officer - Payables & Receivables**:
Location: Nis

What are your main tasks?

Accounts Payable:

- Process and verify incoming invoices per guidelines
- Implement dunning procedures and credit checks
- Reconcile debtor balances and monitor overdue payments
- Coordinate with sales on customer-related issues
- Administer debtor accounts and contract-related procedures
- Reporting to Accounting Manager

Accounts Receivable:

- Process debtor credit notes and incoming payments
- Implement dunning procedures and credit checks
- Reconcile debtor balances and monitor overdue payments
- Coordinate with sales on customer-related issues
- Administer debtor accounts and contract-related procedures

What are your qualifications?
- University or College degree in relevant economic field
- Work experience in similar roles, minimum of 2 years
- Experience with SAP is preferable
- Fluency in English is required; German language is a plus
