As a Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products and elevating our user experience to new heights. We host a wide range of market leading brands under the Better Collective umbrella. And you will be working with a multinational team of talented and experienced designers - both digital, graphic and UX. You will be responsible for developing and designing original content for our wide range of brands with the purpose of attracting sports fans across the Latin American countries

**Your main responsib**ilities**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into stunning digital design concepts
- Create visually appealing and user-centred interface layouts, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, ensuring seamless user interactions
- Ideate on design solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to continuously improve the product experience
- Maintain a consistent design language and ensure visual consistency across all digital touch-points
- Develop engaging animated Social Media post, tailored to fit our brands and content creators, as well as their dedicated audiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table
