We're looking for a **Technical Writer**

**What do you need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Good English level
- Experience using MadCap Flare
- Experience with the following: MadCap Central ,Microsoft Teams ,Microsoft Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Office, SnagIt and Adobe Pro DC

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interprets use cases and translate them into conceptual and procedural content
- Can explain abstract concepts and step-by-step procedures to a variety of audiences an can present ideas clearly, accurately, and concisely - both verbally and in writing
- Balances multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing needs and/or project requirements
- Learns new software features quickly
- Updates and maintain repositories to store, audit, and archive new and completed content artifacts
- Communicates status to Technical Writing Manager and cross-functional team members
- Has experience with creating single-source content that can be leveraged and reused by other Technical Writers
- Assists Development, Support, Training, Marketing, and other departments with access and use the published content
