**Descrição das Atividades**:
Gerenciar todas as ações de Desenvolvimento de Produtos garantindo que estas ações estejam dentro das diretrizes, prazos e objetivos.
Pesquisa de mercado visualizando melhorias para os produtos da empresa.
Vai fazer a gestão, tem que ter autogerenciamento.

**Formação**:
Graduação Completa ou em Andamento PP, Jornalismo, Marketing, Relações Públicas, etc (flexível qualquer área, mas preferencialmente estar cursando)

**Aspectos Comportamentais**:

- Entusiasta de sua área de atuação;
- Ótima comunicação, apresentação pessoal e habilidade de negociação;
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Organização,
- Capacidade de gerenciar projetos

**Idiomas**:
Inglês ou Espanhol será um diferencial

**Imprescindíveis**:

- Ferramenta de E-mail Mkt e/ou CRM. Gerenciar todas as ações de Desenvolvimento de Produtos (MailTop e LeadStation) garantindo que estas ações estejam dentro das diretrizes, prazos e objetivos. Fazer a interface com as áreas especializadas de desenvolvimento, atendimento, Mkt/comercial e diretoria. Saber ir atrás de informação necessária, independentemente de onde ela estiver.

**Desejáveis**:

- Desejável vivência em fornecedores de ferramentas de E-mail Marketing ou CRM.* Conhecimento de Gestão de Projetos (PM).* Desejável espanhol e inglês intermediários.
