**Requirements**:

- 10+ yrs relevant experience as a B2B sales/channel leader. Experience with selling SaaS to enterprise companies.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- Excellent and proven commercial skills
- Extensive relationship network in the Brazilian market
- Stand-out management, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Self driven entrepreneurial spirit
- Bias to speed, yet detail-oriented
- Can-do attitude

About The Role:

- Build and grow the local team
- Set up the new local site and shape the office culture
- Orchestrate the collaboration between all stakeholders to ensure clear business priorities and overall business progress
- Oversee the development of strategic partnerships in order to drive new revenue channels
- Structure & negotiate agreements with partners, including new business models
- Participate directly in complex sales situations, negotiations, and close new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product Management
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality Customer Experience (CX)
Maintain and report an accurate deals pipeline forecast and overall progress of the Brazilian site
