**Descrição**

Our client is a global company and we are looking for a Head of IT and Digital to lead digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives in Brazil. This highly strategic role is focused on driving innovation, automation, analytics, and enhancing the user experience within a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the strategic technology and digitalization roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead automation, robotization, and digital squads initiatives aimed at optimizing industrial processes.
- Ensure the delivery of strategic projects, guaranteeing efficiency and impact on results.
- Act as a facilitator for solution architecture and user experience, promoting simplification and innovation in technological solutions.
- Drive the Analytics area, ensuring data is used strategically for decision-making.
- Develop internal partnerships to co-create solutions between business areas and the technology team.
- Connect with teams in other countries to exchange best practices and innovations.
- Lead and develop the team to ensure high performance and result-driven delivery.

Technical and Behavioral Requirements:

- Solid experience in leading IT and digital teams in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of system architecture, user experience (UX), and digitalization of industrial processes.
- Experience managing automation, robotization, and analytics projects.
- Ability to lead digital transformation with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation.
- Strong capability to simplify processes and ensure effective delivery, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English for international interactions. Spanish is a plus.

- Experience with agile models and innovation squads.
- Background in multinational companies in the industrial sector.
- Strategic vision for scalability and international expansion.
