**Administrative Assistant**

Area: Cidade Industrial, Curitiba

**WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON**:

- Support orders, invoices, payments and reimbursements
- Performing administrative functions and collaborating with the external accountant
- Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes
- Liaise with courier companies, clients and suppliers

**THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER**:

- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of accounting processes
- Preferably knowledge of ERP Odoo
- Knowledge in logistics processes is considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Italian will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently
