A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Senior Data Scientist altamente motivado(a), com sólida experiência em modelagem ambiental, especialmente aplicada a culturas em linha como soja e algodão.

Resumo da posição:
Você atuará no desenvolvimento de modelos ambientais avançados, utilizando dados complexos (incluindo sensoriamento remoto), para promover práticas agrícolas mais sustentáveis e produtivas.

**Requisitos**:
Responsabilidades principais:

- Desenvolver e implementar modelos ambientais sofisticados para avaliar impacto em culturas (soja e algodão).
- Utilizar Python para processamento, análise e machine learning com foco em insights acionáveis.
- Construir e implantar soluções em AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker), garantindo escalabilidade e performance.
- Colaborar com agrônomos, cientistas ambientais e stakeholders para integrar conhecimento técnico aos modelos.
- Realizar pesquisas com dados de sensoriamento remoto, aumentando a precisão e capacidade preditiva dos modelos.
- Apresentar resultados analíticos para públicos técnicos e não técnicos de forma clara.
- Apoiar e mentorar cientistas de dados juniores em boas práticas de análise e modelagem.
- Acompanhar tendências, novas tecnologias e melhores práticas no setor.

Qualificações:

- Mestrado ou Ph.D. em Data Science, Ciências Ambientais, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas.
- 5+ anos de experiência em ciência de dados ou modelagem ambiental aplicada à agricultura (soja, algodão, etc.).
- Domínio de Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Experiência comprovada em AWS.
- Conhecimento em dados de sensoriamento remoto (desejável).
- Sólidos conhecimentos em estatística e técnicas de machine learning aplicadas a dados ambientais.
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e de forma autônoma.

**Local de Trabalho**: 100% remoto.
