In this context, the IT Business Sr. Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of project and program coordination including reviewing scope and project objectives, capture of business requirements, achieving project objectives, ensuring effective integration of new systems and technologies in existing system landscape, support and monitoring execution as per SLAs with our contracted vendors, acting as the support escalation first point, meeting time requirements, escalating to program and project leaders resources, issues and show stoppers, and helping the business partner(s) realize the desired business goals for the project(s).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Serves as an expert resource supporting one or more areas, processes, or technologies within the Region

2. Coordinate multiple moderate size projects and acts as a key resource on other larger projects. Identifies and manages risk and issues at all project and program levels to escalate to leadership

3. Leads the assessment of the technical and feasibility of proposed solutions and provides appropriate recommendations based on industry trends, internal benchmarking, and vendor relationships always in alignment with IT strategies and technology roadmaps

4. Negotiates the needs of users or business partners together with Program and Project manager - Help creating business cases for proposed projects. Looks for the approval of those business cases.

5. Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required

6. Acts as a key escalation contact for support issues/improvements

7. Works closely with Business users for the adoption of new Global/Regional tools/solutions (Awareness sessions, Tips, change plans with each department etc.)

8. Partners closely with Patient Solution Group, Country and Regional Business Technology Leads’ and Product Lines (Digital and Analytics) to help program managers appropriate solutions to Business.

9. Become key contact for vendor and business to resolve issues, incidents, enhancements and new projects

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree completed is required.
- Advanced/Fluent English is required.
- Previous Experience working with Salesforce and/or CRM is required.
- Previous Experience in Pharmaceutical Segment is desirable.
- Previous Experience as a Business Analyst or other IT function such as Business Partner is desirable.
