We're currently looking for a Senior Planner to join the McCann Health for a multimarket global project. As Senior Planner you will be a strategic beacon and ensure any strategic input (big or small) is meaningful and steers the right course. You will be the agency advocate for the consumer and be able to provide clients with clarity and interesting insights. About you: You're a thought leader in research approaches. You’re a contributor to agency systems and processes. You are side hassling and looking for proactive opportunities. You’re inspiring and mentoring junior planners. You’re constantly learning and sharing with the broader agency Have a rich understanding of customer insights - understand the mindset, motivations, lifestyles and belief structures based on target behaviors, motivators, and barriers Proactively leverage insights and funnel them into actionable recommendations - not just for existing projects, but new ways to look at the client's business deliver strategic rigor in all areas of the business, channel planning as well as creative development. Bake in digital thinking. Be excited by ideas. Additional Responsibilities: - Be interested in the area of research and strategy focused on the project creation process. - It is important to have experience creating Power Point and/or Keynote presentations that have visual impact and storytelling. - Contact with clients to present projects and follow up on customer service - Analysis of briefings and determination of project guidelines with the creative leader - Research and analysis on brands, market, consumer and design and behavior trends - Analysis of brand ecosystems and benchmark creation - Conceive insights for the project and what will be the strategy for the creative process - Conduct and participate in workshops and brainstorming ideas with the Creative team - Create presentations describing the project strategy and process and present to clients

Requisitos Behavioral Knowledge: Organization; Autonomy; Systemic vision and critical sense; Creative Vision; Good writing and speaking for presentations; Capacity for synthesis; Ability to work in groups.
