**Responsibilities** - Coordinate all activities related to service master data within SAP; - Coordinate Sales Force master data together with regional and global team; - Anchor point for master data for all the region; - Design and build databases in SQL or Sharepoint for local service operations; - Maintain accurate and timely data in our management reporting systems by superintending recurring data extractions, transformations and loads (ETL); - Coordination to maintain Turbine characteristics ("As-Is"); - Continuously rise process transparency, data accuracy and compliance; - Develop and deploy Winshuttle scripts to automate recurring processes and enable mass maintenance in SAP. - Resolve support tickets in other areas for which you is SME; - Perform ad hoc data extraction and analysis from supported systems; **Qualifications** - Experience with SAP. - Salesforce knowledge is desirable; - Bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering or other related and 3+ years equivalent professional experience; - Good Microsoft Office skill, with emphasis on MS Excel - required; - Power BI - Experience with data management tools, SharePoint, SQL; - Self-motivated, able to work with autonomy and cross-functional coordination skills; - Detail-oriented, methodical; - English, and Spanish speaker; **Competencies** - Positive and professional attitude, with a customer service orientation; - Ability to coordinate database systems; - Ability to implement processes to efficiently conduct required administrative responsibilities; - Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner; - Flexibility with daily tasks and changing priorities; - Availability to local and international travel. **What We Offer** We offer you an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development within the growing company in wind energy.
