MANAGER MEMBERSHIP - BRAZIL- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- MEMBERS FIRST is one of the key focus areas of our ‘Own the Game’ strategy and the Membership Team is central to embedding and executing this key strategic program. The strategic objective is to transform the successful membership initiative to a APAC-wide global program at scale and to fuel the growth ambitions of the company. The role will drive engagement & loyalty through constant innovation and careful curated value proposition aimed at exciting, engaging & satisfying our key consumer groups. This role will play a key role in developing and improving the membership program across all adidas touch points both physical and digital. The role will work in a fast-paced, international, and highly strategic environment with many opportunities to develop and to gain exposure to and influence decision making at Senior Leadership levels. Success will rely on the ability to establish the fundamentals and then continuously evolve membership performance from strength to strength.- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Establish and manage the Membership pillar within the Organization
- Establish ways of working to drive Membership in partnership with all cross-functional teams
- Membership program
- Implement channel specific playbooks to optimize and contribute to seamless journeys for membership program
- Ability to identify member acquisition opportunities with ongoing campaign implementation
- Opportunities to increase engagement rate for Brazilian database
- Focus on KPIs such as Acquistion, Engagement Rate, Net sales share and Buyer’s rate
- Develop the activation calendar, considering commercial and awareness purposes
- Work close to the local and regional teams to develop campaigns, promotions and always on plans to achieve membership KPIs
- Conceptualize and execute membership campaigns in collaboration with channels stakeholders
- Identify opportunities outside the own eco system to drive qualitative member growth
- Own and lead all initiatives within membership acquisition and engagement
- Focus on 360º membership in the end to end process (from planning to execution and report)
- Stablish a strong redemption always on strategy including partnership, giveaways, products, experiences, and capabilities
- Negotiate membership visibility on brand events, and also include membership moments in the brand calendar
- Financial
- Track and negotiate budget for membership needs
- Support business cases with respect to membership projects with clear rationale as and when needed
- Systems and Processes
- Understanding of Membership set up, membership analysis tools, digital and offline channels support.
- Awareness or curiosity about best practice of the market

- DTC channel (ecom, own retail and franchises team)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures

- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Distinctive pragmatic mindset and ability to prioritize high numbers of tasks with varying workload and importance
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management), especially when interacting with different levels of business
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of digital landscape and KPIs
