Responsible for the provision of appropriate advice and to provide a consultancy services to business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners, ensuring that organisational change is managed in line with relevant policies and associated legislation.

**Accountabilities**
- Leads implementation of employee relations and broader employee engagement programmes, policies and processes;
- Contributes to the development of overriding employee relations and broader employee engagement programmes and leads development of new policies and guidelines to support these programmes;
- Manages relationships with senior management stakeholders to define and deliver employee relations support services within the market;
- Supports senior management and to the field services in the area of development of positive employee relations;
- Deliver administration of legally required employee relations structures, collective labour agreements and any other provision that may be applicable
- Coordinates with HR partners to ensure that employment relations updates are also reflected in broader policies and procedures impacted by change
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations related to employee relations;
- Monitors employee relations trends and practices through the analysis of external and internal HR metrics;
- Manages resolution of employee relations issues, liaising with appropriate resources to identify risks and propose appropriate approaches for resolution.

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

Bacharelor Degree

Fluent English

Experience in ER frameworks
