**Senior FP&A Analyst**

We play a key role as a business partner in keeping our business on track based on RHI Magnesita culture and our economic-financial controls by monitoring performance indicators that brings value addition to our stakeholders.

RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic FP&A. The role is responsible for analysis, reporting and support with recommendations to the decision making of key partners. The analyst must have exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Activities:

- So Be the person responsible for complex global financial projects, reporting to headquarters in Vienna;
- Develop business cases for analysis and decision making;
- Supporting analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Utilizing the company business intelligence (BI) tool and dashboard reports
- Developing financial models and analyzing them to support strategic initiatives
- Analyzing the current and past trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Presenting the monthly and quarterly financial reports to various individuals, teams, and management

Required knowledge and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering
- Solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is required
- Fluent in English as you will work with colleagues around the globe
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and the ability to think creatively
