**Overview**:
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the team of one of our biggest games. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will extract and analyze data to answer product and business questions, working closely with the Product Owner and other members of the team.

**Responsibility and Duties**:

- Collaborate with the team to identify key metrics and data requirements.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis.

**Experience / **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with statistical techniques and hypothesis testing.
- Prior gaming or mobile app analytics experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

**Education**:
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
