Latam Communication Specialist

You will focus on the following activities:
- Define the Internal Communication Action Plan, through coordination with the Executive Management and the respective Board of Directors;
- Lead and develop the Internal Communication team, by setting annual goals and monitoring their execution through performance evaluation and feedback.
- Planning the area's activities for the period, covering institutional campaigns for brand visibility, communication options to address the market, support for fundraising, etc. setting goals and the necessary budget
- Define Internal Communication and Endomarketing strategies, through articulation with the different areas;
- Establish the guidelines for the internal communication channels that will be used in each action and campaign;
- Coordinate the planning and execution of internal communication and endomarketing campaigns and actions;
- Coordinate the regulation of instructions by the Companies, through articulation with the demanding areas and with the General Board.
