Our client is looking for a Account manager/Sales Associate to join their team

Private financial intelligence community which marries live audio analyst squawks with real-time headlines and the ability to ask question directly to the analyst in real-time 24-hrs a day. We are known for our speed and ability to filter out all the noise so the professional investor or trader can focus on what they do best...TRADING. Our team is made up of individuals with a variety of backgrounds including hedge funds, prop or institutional trading experience, analysts, Equity, FOREX, Futures, Fixed Income and Credit.

**Shift**: Full-time, day shift (EST)
**Compensation**:Competitive salary based on experience (hourly rate + commission)
**Employment Type**:Contract (long term)
**Location**: NY+NJ only, Hybrid - Remote + occasional visits to clients in NYC area (1-3 times per week)
Remote work requires a dedicated, quiet workspace with a closing door.

As an Account Manager/Sales Associate, you will:
Respond to client inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and manage phone calls.
Pursue both warm and hot leads, prospecting and generating new sales leads through referrals and cold-calling, focusing on financial institutions.
Visit prospects on trading desks, recommending features, and manage the sales cycle from trial to contract execution.
Encourage individuals to apply, leveraging relationships within the buy and sell-side communities for success.
Collaborate closely with the support and development teams, learning to assist clients with the NewsStation platform and participating in testing new platform releases.
Objectives of this role:
Provide exceptional client support.
Generate high-quality leads to expand our customer base.
Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to month-over-month growth.
Promote our company as the real-time financial news analysis industry leader.
Optimize efficiency in winning and closing sales.

**Required Experience**:
Degree or work experience in finance.
Sales, telemarketing, or call center experience.
Sell-side (preferably) or buy-side trading experience.
Positive, energetic personality with strong focus and communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
