**ADP Labs**. **SENIOR UX DESIGNER **AI Platforms**:
In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for creating the vision of what an AI/ML platform looks like and how it should function. You’ll be responsible for driving deliverables like concept sketches, user scenarios & customer journeys, workflow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, user interface designs, and prototypes. across platforms including web and mobile. User Experience Design associates will work across stakeholder groups and with internal and external customers, the role must understand and analyze user needs and translate those needs into usable, valuable and desirable user interface designs and flows. This individual identifies the appropriate user experience research methods/activities for each project, and is responsible for designing, planning, performing and communicating the results of research studies to stakeholders and project teams.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives mínimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

**Key job responsibilities**
- Understand and visualize complex systems, workflows and user interactions
- Document components, principles, and usage guidelines for easy adoption by designers and developers
- Working with stakeholders to plan and execute projects that are strategic & conceptual in nature

**Nice to have as prior experience**
- Using AI to design and build products
- Familiarity with service design and design thinking methodologies

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.

**Experience**:Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area. Proven experience with portfolio examples showcasing systems thinking

**Functional Knowledge**: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

**Business Expertise**: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
