**Overview**

As a Campaign Planner, your main goal is to support the Retention team strategists in the creation and implementation of customer engagement activity, including onsite promotions, CRM campaigns, offsite communications and more. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organise and oversee player engagement campaign planning, ensuring plans align with the strategic brief and overall retention strategy, and that all deliverables are accounted for and executed.
- Complete creative and operational briefs, define deliverables and timelines, coordinate asset reviews, and oversee campaign builds.
- Ensure clear communication of plans and campaign execution with the stakeholders. Ensure creative and operational outputs align with strategic briefs.
- Oversee QA of campaigns, ensuring successful execution.
- Coordinate strategic or operational adjustments to campaigns, if required.
- Serve as the first line of contact for any inquiries regarding campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
- Experience in iGaming is a huge plus.
- Ideally experience in the USA market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
