_We are seeking an enthusiastic _**Recruiter**_ _to join our remote team_

**Pay**:from 3 to 6 USD/h (1 month probation period, after which salary may be raised according to performance)

**Working hours**:9AM - 5PM as needed - Pacific Standard Time

**Job Summary**:
We’re hiring a **Remote Recruiter** who will support our talent acquisition efforts across clinical and administrative roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, working with a collaborative team, and making a real impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain applicant tracking systems (primarily **Google Sheets**)
- Support multiple job openings simultaneously via Indeed and other platforms
- Take initiative to improve hiring processes and strategies
- Collaborate effectively in a fully remote work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with **Google Workspace** (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Fluent conversational English (Spanish, preferred)**:

- Experience in recruiting or customer support (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Must be able to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone.**

Pay: R$17.00 - R$33.00 per hour
