**What you'll do**
- Monitor and guarantee Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment
- Queue monitoring
- Conduct root-cause analysis of issues reported via incidents
- Find product configuration issues
- Report product errors to development team
- Have a close cooperation with other teams
- Be professional and communicate well with SAP customers & colleagues
- Handle escalations from customers in a timely manner
- Write product documentation to help customer use our products

Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
