The Field Specialist is responsible for keeping the PSD safe, efficient and reliable for Clients. The Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manages service delivery risk.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Run service
- Prepare field deliveries
- Remove and protect resources
- Deploy and position resources
- Prepare resources
- Check resources
- Capture field data
- Get delivery from customer delivery
- Evaluate and reconcile resources
- Implement the risk response
- Prepare final work deliverables
- Deliver final deliverables and file work
- Prepare work invoice supporting documentation
- Check and prepare resources at the production line site

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Technical Training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Electromechanical
- Basic/Intermediate English
- Experience with Submerged Centrifugal Pumping (BCS). Installation and removal of submerged Centrifugal Pumping equipment in wells at sea or on land
- Work will be mostly offshore
- Good teamwork, collaborative relationship and good communication
