**About BTS**

The greatest ideas in the world will die on the vine if not properly implemented. At BTS, we turn our clients’ ideas and strategies into results by designing customized experiences that drive innovation, alignment, and performance.

As an intern at BTS, you will work in projects of the world’s leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will help to accelerate their strategies’ execution by focusing on the people side.

You will work in small teams to develop customized interventions including simulations. Think board games with financial models, or app-based digital learning. You then facilitate learning journeys with our clients in a workshop setting that incorporates humor, fun, and competition.

You will work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. You will facilitate programs virtually, locally and regionally.

The rest of the time will be spent on creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, laughing. This is accomplished in a team-based setting, where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers BTSers to contribute from their first day. You will also progressively manage client relationships, find new clients and opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers.

**About The Role**

Drawing upon your own skills, knowledge and structured information gathered from key client stakeholders, you will design and manage projects that directly contribute to clients’ strategy and business priorities.

Assist consultants to deliver workshops virtually, locally and regionally.

Contribute in enhancing client relationships by helping them to address new needs. Every successful consultant at BTS is viewed as a valued strategic partner by the client.

**Qualifications**
- An outstanding Degree from a top university augmented by skills in presentation, delivery and business acumen.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish will be looked upon favorably.
- Interest in strategy, leadership and innovation.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
- A mature and professional demeanor.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
- Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages.
- Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case study competitions, consulting clubs, domestic/international travel, public speaking).
