**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Successfully conduct functional and technical workshops to understand customer requirements, business processes and the overall landscape
- Act as a liaison between the customer and various teams to realize the customer requirements during project execution.
- Manage the Product Backlog and work on sprint planning for the Run team (including Customer Incidents and Continuous Improvements).
- Work closely with architects and developers to design and build a solution according to customer requirements.
- Work closely with the SFSF LMS product validating latest requirements and how these affect existing solutions.
- Lead the estimation process during opportunity and run phase according to best practices and successfully work with all the stakeholders involved such as client partners, account teams, solution architects etc.

**What you bring**
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and hence provide acceptable work-around to customers.
- Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic.
- Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results, and people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional experience as product owner.
- Previous experience with agile development methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience in working on large development or implementation projects is a plus.
- Experience with cloud native solutions is a plus.
