**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a focus on the **Marketing module**.
- Develop technical solutions to optimize platform functionality, aligned with business requirements.
- Train end users and provide support to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Dynamics CRM.
- Manage marketing campaigns in Dynamics CRM, focusing on creating and monitoring **customer journeys** and marketing automation functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with the project team and other departments to ensure the tool aligns with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configurations, development, and experience with the Marketing module.
- **Training Skills**: Ability to train end users in effectively using Dynamics CRM.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Experience in managing campaigns and designing customer journeys within Dynamics CRM.
- **Languages**: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- **Location**: Available for remote work and able to work within Spain’s business hours.
- **Preferred**: Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.

**Additional Valued Skills**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and experience integrating CRM with other marketing platforms.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize customer journey processes.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments.
