As our Head of Fulfillment, you will lead and scale our fulfillment operations across current and new markets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and reliable delivery experiences for our clients — from warehouse setup and optimization to last-mile integration. This role requires full availability to travel, as you’ll be actively involved in on-site operations across different cities and countries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of fulfillment operations across all Cubbo locations.
Build and optimize scalable fulfillment processes to support rapid growth.
Oversee warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, cost control, and SLAs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including logistics, tech, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Identify and implement new technologies and automation opportunities.
Lead expansion efforts, including launching new fulfillment centers.
Act as the main point of contact for fulfillment-related client needs and escalations.
Develop and mentor a high-performing ops team.
**Requisitos**:
Proven track record of building and scaling warehouse and delivery operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in fast-paced environments like e-commerce, logistics, or startups.
Full availability for travel — you’ll be on the move frequently.
Fluent in English or Spanish
