About Helo
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities. The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more. Helo is available in Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam, and Thailand.
About the team
Helo Brazil Campaign Operations & Brand Communication team (CO&BC) plays a critical role in planning platform-level operate creative campaigns and Helo brand communication involving Helo and top-tier creators, users, media, brands, MCNs, NGO, Universities, etc. And we are looking for a campaign operations manager, as well as a brand communication manager who will build solid partnerships and partnered projects with us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute In-APP yearly and quarterly top-level creative campaigns, and track and analyze campaign results. enhance the enthusiasm of users to post.
- Coordinate the online and offline campaign plan and strategy formulation, coordinate with cross-functional teams and arrange the campaign schedule regularly, control the activity execution progress, and complete the review and summary.
- Do regular research of contents & campaigns in the market and output insights, optimize the campaign ideas and strategies.
Help internal and XFN teams advise organizations, creators, and brands with their in-app content
- At least 3 years of experience in campaign planning and execution of Content Strategy / Editorial / Social Media (similar) role.
- Be good at project management, Have strong organization and coordination ability with good planning and awareness of timely delivery
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong data-driven mindset and oriented sense.
- Well-versed in the understanding of the content platform ecosystem, and creator industry, and know the major products as a consumer
- Have a certain awareness of the industry and pop culture trends from a consumer perspective, with creative agency / Social Media / Publisher background highly desirable
