The Project Manager (Product Delivery Manager) takes ownership of full delivery cycle through the bid phase through execution and delivery to the end user. This a key role providing connection between all functions and the project, driving schedule & budget adherence and ensuring the Baker Hughes non-negotiables requirements are met.

As a Project Manager (Product Delivery Manager), you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing execution plans to drive delivery of products to the project timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
- Understanding customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and driving the change process to protect project financial interests.
- Managing financial performances, including planning and reporting, of the assigned projects, in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margin and cash collection.
- Coordinating the scope of work of the contracts, ensuring excellence in the execution, quality and timely delivery to meet Customer satisfaction.
- Managing cross-functional teams and driving both internal and external execution to meet contractual obligations and business targets.
- Organizing and leading project review meetings and project deliverables, discussing/reviewing outcomes also with all internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with suppliers, driving performance to the project requirements and to ensure a successful execution.
- Supporting vendor recovery process when project is faced with unplanned supply chain events.
- Holding regular lessons learned reviews, sharing key lessons and embedding those lessons in the way we work.
- Managing risk throughout the product delivery cycle, identifying mitigation plans and escalating risks that need leadership support to mitigate.
- Operating according to performance indicators, e.g. timeliness of project launch, quality of project report, project productivity, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have demonstrable experience in Project and Contract Management with execution of large capital projects, within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses.
- Have expressive experience in project management.
- Possess overall Subsea Production System knowledge - XTs, Controls System, Subsea Structures, Flexibles.
- Be able to lead a multifunctional team setting clear objectives in the execution of all project requirements, Quality, Safety, and compliance to processes throughout the project life.
- Be able to interact with different stakeholders, from management to executive levels.
- Have excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Show experience of project cost control and managing customer contractual requirements to successful completion.
- Be commercially savvy, with a strong financial acumen.
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent English
