As Group Leader you will direct and administer the banking operations of the Brazilian risk management function. You will manage the guidance and maintenance of the department operations that may include, but are not limited to, analytics and reporting, decision science, loss and fraud prevention, collections, credit initiation, asset and risk management. You will provide input for the development of policies and procedures whilst recommending strategy for functional and business line they support and ensuring the implementation of high-end, business wide critical strategy set by senior management. Typically, you will have full management responsibility for professionals within your team, and you will be expected to perform all duties inherent in a managerial role. Besides, you’ll be part of the implementation team of the Digital Bank solution to be available in Brazil, already announced globally.

For this role, you’ll need to have 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Compliance and/or Risk with previous experience in a management role. You will have experience in a financial service (Bank or finance start-up) organization and a solid understanding of Foreign Exchange payments and derivative products. You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in economics or related. Advanced Excel and English level will be mandatory. Spanish will be desirable.
