**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Staffing Interview and Onboarding Staff;
- Transition plan development and Transition activities management;
- Project plan development;
- Data gathering/documentation;
- Document repository;
- Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban);
- Application architecture diagram;
- Batch & scheduler processes;
- Knowledge transfer coordination;
- Vendor engagements;
- User engagements;
- Dry run activities/testing plan and Cutover activities/testing plan;
- Sales/Solutioning Support;English - Advanced (interactions with the technical team and cient are required).
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking;Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
