**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM**

This position is an entry level position on the Americas Business Finance Team. The Business Finance Team is responsible for providing financial guidance and support of new business projects, and producing timely and accurate analysis of the financial performance, including forecasting and preparation of annual budgets for the Americas geography.

This position will work with the Business Finance Sr Manager and his/her team to help create and maintain various analysis, calculation and follow up required to execute our month close and forecasting activities. S/he will support the team on cost management, generating necessary reports and qualitative analysis to report on performance of the GEO.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Theoretical knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Project management experience and/or certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
