Elfie has the ambitious mission to save millions of people every year. Our vision is to provide a holistic and gamified solution to chronic diseases, the silent killers of our generation.

As you may already know, 25% of all people die from one of 3 chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol. On the positive front, it could be avoided if people followed their doctor's prescription and lifestyle recommendations. Unfortunately, they don't due to lack of awareness of danger, unwillingness to change lifestyle, and costs to follow treatment (lifelong).

**About the role**

We are hiring a manager for our new coaching center in Rio de Janeiro to join us as a full-time **Health & Wellness Coaching Center manager**.

Reporting to the COO, you will be part of - and manage - a team of lifestyle/health coaches whose mission is to help individuals remain engaged with the self-monitoring of their chronic diseases.

**Responsibilities**

The role is ultimately responsible for the performance of our coaching center.
- Cost-efficient retention of patients and observance of their self-monitoring plan;
- Recruitment, management, training of our coaches;
- Improvement and scaling of operations.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable training and experience of health behaviour change coaching skills, ideally Motivational Interviewing, or similar;
- An integrated approach to health - your knowledge and approach should incorporate multiple areas of wellbeing;
- A deep understanding of health coaching as a unique approach to facilitating lifestyle change.
- An independent, self-motivated, organized individual;
- Strong team leader with discipline and enthusiasm;
- Comfort with English - and native Portuguese;
- Tech-savvy - you use apps and computer-based systems like a pro;
- You can work from our office in the Zona Sul (Botafogo) of Rio de Janeiro
