**CONTROLLER**:

- Conduct the monthly analysis, the annual budget and the analysis of the variation of the planned vs. budgeted of the operational plan.
- Monitor strategic projects to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
- Guide as a financial and strategic consultancy to senior management, including the preparation of reports, capital cost analysis and projects requested to ensure strategic planning.
- Control performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing the causes of unplanned variations to contribute to identifying opportunities.
- Organize the automation of finance processes to gain efficiency.
- Guide audits (internal and external) to ensure the delivery of the requested information.
- Ensure procedures, policies and processes with areas in compliance with PUMA standards to ensure local and global requirements.

- IFRS regulations;
- Financial Planning;
- Accounting and Tax Legislation;
- Advanced Excel;
- Advanced English.
