Role Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: - Elaborating annually the department's work plan, including the planning of process audits and other accessory activities;
- Ensuring that the company's Audit Program (Processes, Rules and Internal Controls) is carried out with the appropriate and planned periodicity, considering the requirements of the Tax Authorities and Control Organizations;
- Be responsible for carrying out the internal audits considered to be of a confidential nature required of the Internal Audit department;
- Have as a constant challenge the improvement in the level of control of the company, acting as an advisor and facilitator in the necessary change processes;
- Ensuring with the audited areas, the implementation of the actions that were defined during the audits;
- Accompanying the performance of the entire team, providing for its development, as well as the fulfillment of the Annual Plan;
- Perform risk mapping.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
