**About the Role**

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong expertise in **React Native**, **React** and **TypeScript**.
- Experience working in **startup environments** and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills and **proficiency in English**.
- **Based in São Paulo**, open to a **hybrid work model**.
- Passion for understanding user needs and turning them into impactful product decisions.

**Compensation**
- Salary up to **USD $8,500/month**.
